I think I’ll make this my project for the rest of the year. Never read it, always wanted to, and these days I feel like I’m tilting at windmills, so the time seems right.

An artsy photo of feet at my daughter’s request.

You know what? The fish eye lens attachment from Ztylus is far more fun than I gave it credit for…

Two Christmases ago, my older daughter asked for this camera. Its a digital Polaroid and it does in fact print out pictures. She hasn’t used it in a while, so I decided to take it and take some pics with it. It’s a fun little camera. More I just need to get some more photo paper for it.

My younger daughter has suddenly become a tree climber. While this makes my wife nuts, I understand it. I was a tree climber when I was a kid. Of course, now that I’m a parent, it makes me nervous too.  I’m not sure sometimes how my parents put up with me as a kid.

I took this at the end of the day, through the front window. Notice anything interesting in the tree or front…?

A random door leading into lord knows what at the old warehouse where my daughter’s ballet school is located, crooked stairs and all. Grunged up using Snapseed and Mextures.

    Calm before the storm.

There was a talent show tonight at the elementary school. This is a black and white view of the chairs before the parents invaded. The black and white made this picture much more dramatic than the setting really was, but I really do like the sinister dramatic effect or creates.

I haven’t played Clue in a really long time. We have the special retro version, but the kids have never really been interested in it.

     Until now.

My younger daughter decided she wants to play it with us, so we set aside tonight as a game night. It was a little rocky getting it started, but once we remembered how, it all came back.

Now we just have to figure out how to beat my wife at this game, since she won both matches…
